Later on in the season, Captain Kerry fired Chef Anthony Iracane during the April 22 episode. He made the decision to axe the French chef after the staff got their lowest tip of the season, which was partly because the guests weren't satisfied with the food on board. "I believe you're an incredible chef. Your meals is de facto wonderful," Captain Kerry told Chef Anthony at the time. "But, you are beginning to kind of nosedive."
