Every season of The Bachelorette has a wild card, and we met Charity Lawson’s wild card right off the bat. Spencer Storbeck’s limo front used to be awkward, to mention the least. The Bachelorette producers even scored the second with their stereotypical tune of discomfort. Now all of Bachelor Nation is sharing their reactions to Spencer via some harsh but hilarious memes.

He was indubitably considered one of the most unique characters in the premiere episode of Season 20, and all of us commend Charity for talking to him with grace and endurance. But one of the greatest surprises came at the finish of the episode when Spencer received a rose. So what’s the deal with Spencer, and how lengthy does he stick round?

Some ‘Bachelorette’ viewers think Spencer Storbeck is on the autism spectrum.

When Spencer first meets Charity, he can slightly get a phrase out as he physically struggles to talk. All of the criticism of Spencer isn’t utterly fair. Now, he seems to have several supportive friends and family rooting for him on his Bachelorette journey.

Little is known about his son and former partner, however ABC’s official bio of Spencer tells us, “This single dad's got humor and middle. As a father to a tender son, Spencer brings numerous existence enjoy to the table, together with having the courage to modify careers and pursue his grasp's degree.” He likes Jack Kerouac and Anthony Bourdain. None of those main points give us red flag vibes, so it’s certainly conceivable he used to be just worried in entrance of the digital camera!

Even still, lovers of the franchise suspect that manufacturers inspired (read: forced) Charity to offer Spencer a rose after Night One. He was once entertaining if nothing else!
