It's a unique, ornamental merchandise that the nature Rover has used on his travels around the world, and it's coated in stickers. There's a definite, rustic attraction to it that makes it seem as though it may well be a really perfect addition to any in-game household.

But what's Rover's Briefcase, and how do you even get your arms on it? It's all a part of a different May Day party that is happening, and it takes a bit of doing. While there may be still numerous time left to achieve this, it is not immediately clear exactly how to get the briefcase in-game. From May 1 via May 7, you want to chat with Tom Nook at the Resident Service building and first obtain a May Day price ticket which is looking forward to you at the airport. Head to the airport and you'll be able to be taken on a May Day Tour in a special location. When you arrive there, you can have to participate in a special maze that Tom Nook has ready, with your entire items taken from you. Don't fear, they're going to be returned. 

While you pass during the maze, you can pick out up quite a lot of different items that you'll be able to add to your inventory, corresponding to shovels to dig up timber, axes to lower a trail throughout the greenery, and Iron Nuggets as rewards. With a bit of of persistence, you'll make your way through the maze in no time, and at the finish, Rover will probably be looking ahead to you. He seems all too prepared to surrender his valuable belongings, but most likely that is simply how they are living on the earth of Animal Crossing. Kind of suspect, isn't it?

When you communicate to Rover, he will routinely talk to you for a little and award you together with his Briefcase. Seemed like it was once a private possession, but howdy, if he wants to give it to you, why now not? You could also be tempted to take a look inside once you get it, and that's fair.
