As the bloody battle unfolded, Ben (Alex Roe) infiltrated Tia's underwater prison to loose Hope from her clutches, however unfortunately, may not get past the mer-guards. The ultimate fanatics noticed of our main man, he used to be lifelessly floating in the water.

So, did Ben die in 'Siren'? Fans in point of fact hope this is only a cliffhanger.
Though Ryn defeated Tia and her military, Ben's destiny continues to be undetermined. The Season 3 finale ended on a major cliffhanger, which left many fans questioning if we say goodbye to Ben, or if this used to be putting in mermaid Ben?
Ben's father Ted reputedly foreshadowed the mer-Ben storyline when he said, "He’s now not the boy Elaine and I raised. ...He’s one thing… else.”

In the Season 3 finale, Maddie's stepfather Dale Bishop (Gil Birmingham) was found dead in the woods while the town searched for survivors following Tia's assault. While fans may be hoping that the officer will make a return to the series, it seems unlikely. We last see Maddie (Fola Evans-Akingbola) at Dale's gravestone saying her goodbyes.
